Salmon Filets

These filets are perfect. One of the ways I cook them is with horseradish sauce spread all over and cooked in the microwave on power 7 after poking with a fork (so they don’t “burst” in the microwave) for 3.45 - 4 minutes. Wonderful and so easy!
