Had these last night with linguine and sausage The eggplant was fantastic best of all the ease of preparation.

As usual, I have nothing but good things to say about this product! Tender, tasty eggplant with nicely seasoned bread crumbs and an oh so creamy ricotta cheese filling. I definitely will order again. A delicious vegetarian entree or side dish with grilled chicken, steak or fish.

Enjoyed the eggplant rollatini,would purchase this again.

My only complaint is that I have been asking for nutritional values for eggplant rollatini and no one has sent it to me. If I knew the nutritional value I would buy it again. And if you send it to me or post it on the listing I will order immediately.
