Never a disappointment

Gift card

Gift card was the way to go - it was given as an anniversary gift - I don't know if the recipients have used it or not yet. But, the ability to print gift card and enclose it with the anniversary gift was easy and excellent to do.

Email problems

Your method of emailing a gift certificate to the purchaser rather than to the recipient has proven problematic. By chance, my iPad has crashed, and I have not been able to forward any mail including the NYSS gift certificate to my son for his birthday. On-line Apple couldn’t help, and I haven’t been able yet to drive into the Apple Store in New Haven to see if a tech can fix the problem. I will not be purchasing another gift certificate from you because of this risk of not being able to forward the gift certificate email. Very unhappy.
