Excellent

Excellent quality and a great deal. We were more than happy with the red snapper that arrived well packaged and still frozen. Will definitely order again.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE

I placed an order for 7 items, burgers and assorted seafood including red snapper. You guys must have ESP and prepped my order before I placed it! It was ordered late in the afternoon on Wednesday and I received it Thursday. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! We have ordered multiple times in the past and always exceptionally pleased with the high quality of the items and the prompt service we receive when contacting New York Steak and Seafood Company.

have not tried as yet

I can't wait to try these. So far everything I have ordered has been great! Crab Legs, sea bass, sole fish stuffed with crab meat and scallops, steaks! I always air fry instead of bake or grill. Everything comes out perfect in the air fryer and less time and healthy for you. I wish they would put on times for cooking with air fryer one day too. But I have it down pack for now on the time and temp. yup! yum. depending on thickness, 12 min. turn at 6min. on 400 F. air fryer and check internal temp for doneness. 145 for seafood. yum, yum! if not done, leave in for 2 more min. and it is usually done. I forgot the crab cakes are like when I do mine from scratch. absolutely delicious. very little bread crumbs and meat, meat, meat in them! yum!
