The scallops were awesome very easy to prepare, tasted great, cooked very evenly. I was dissapointed on one thing, I ordered 120 but the 4 packages only totaled to 109. I was shorted 11 scallops. Besides that they were great.
Our Christmas Eve gathering was wonderful and what made it exceptional was our new treat, bacon wrapped scallops. The best we have ever served. Sweet tender and large. Great product. Thank You
