This Fillet of Sole arrived quickly and was in perfectly sized portions. I defrosted the sole overnight in the refrigerator, removed moisture with a paper towel then dusted them in flour, dredged them in egg and coated them with seasoned Italian breadcrumbs with a dash of garlic powder. I then placed them on a cast iron plate and cooked them at 400 degrees in a pre-heated oven until coating was browned and crispy.
The Sole was crispy on the outside and moist in the center.
The most flavorful Sole I have ever tasted. I will be ordering more soon and recommend them to all interested parties.
