We ordered the Chicken Kabobs for the first time on our most recent order. Typically I grill the Japanese version of Chicken Kabobs, which is the Yakitori style. Still, I wanted to try the ones from the New York Steak and Seafood Company. I assume most people thaw the frozen kabob overnight and then grill them on your back verandah. I wanted to try another way of cooking them before doing them thawed on the outdoor grill. Our gas stove has a griddle, so I heated that up and placed two frozen kabobs on the griddle. I seared all four sides of each kabob. They came out absolutely perfect. One of the many things that I like about the New York Steak and Seafood Company, besides the large product selection, quality and service is that many of their products can go direct from a freezer into a preheated oven. It has made food prep so easy, plus one can make a dinner plan just before dinner! Great company!
