They were not dry, but the lobster meat was succulent with a great taste.

I love ordering from NY Steak & Seafood because each item is properly sent with dry ice, and vacuumed sealed. Supermarkets packaged weights increase their price by including the plastic covering, along with their absorbent packaging every time. This method of packaging reduces the actual packaged weight of each item you're buying, but this does not increase each item's actual packaged weight. I'm finished with Supermarkets method of packing which contributes to price gouging.
