How we ship your order:

We ship your order in extra thick recycled polyurethane foam containers with enough dry ice to keep it frozen regardless of the temperature. This keeps your order at the optimal temperature at all times.

 Standard shipping is $19.99 except for the mountain and pacific time zones which is $29.99. Overnight shipping (including Saturdays) is available nationwide for $89.99. First time customers can use promo code SHIPSAVE to receive a $19.99 discount towards their order over $149.
 

Orders placed by 12 Eastern time generally ship the same day.  After 12 noon they ship the next day. We cannot ship over the weekend due to the perishable nature of our gourmet products and because UPS and FedEX do not count the weekends as transit days.

Please note that there is a $100 minimum order minimum on orders being shipped to regions in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COST
With our easy online ordering delivery scheduler, you can select the date for your order to be received by your gift recipient. Requested delivery date is not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request but your order may arrive a day earlier or 1-2 days later than your request. New York Steak & Seafood is proud to offer premium shipping for only $19.99 (except for the west coast & mountain states) no matter your order size. It's just one of the reasons our customers love us. Our quick ship program is lightning fast! Standard Ground and overnight delivery are the only options. Cost of standard shipping to Pacific & Mountain states (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, & WY) is $29.99.  First time customers can use promo code SHIPSAVE to receive a $19.99 shipping discount on orders over $149.

ORDER PROCESSING
We send a confirmation email after your order is placed. Please review for accuracy before we ship your gourmet food. Once your package ships, we will send tracking so you can keep tabs on your order.  We use both UPS and FedEx.
 
Major Holidays may delay your shipment.  Please keep this in mind during holiday weeks.  These holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.
 
In some instances we may hold off shipping until the following Monday if there are weather problems or other emergencies in your area.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders may be delivered any time during the day, sometimes as late as 8PM especially during peak season or during bad weather. Please check the tracking information you will receive. Your order does not require a signature and you don not need to be home to sign for it. In addition, our special packaging ensures the contents will remain frozen for up to 24 hours after delivery.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
 
Most deliveries will arrive with the dry ice fully evaporated but the food will still be frozen or very cold and be safely placed in your freezer for future use.  Your order will stay frozen for up to 24 hours without dry ice. If there is any dry ice left, please dispose of it outdoors and away from children and pets.
 
If you have any special instructions for the driver, please leave a note on your door. You can also give us special instructions in the comments/gift note box at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Since we deal with highly perishable items we do not accept returns; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us and we will do our best to work with you on finding a solution to the problem. 

If you have not received your order you must notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of your delivery confirmation email so we can quickly track down your order and have it delivered in good condition.

If you have purchased Route Package Protection (highly recommended) please file a claim with them. If you are filing a claim because your order arrived damaged, please take photos of the package prior to discarding in the garbage. If approved, refunds are typically processed within hours. If you are not satisfied with Route's response please notify us.
