I’m on the Chesapeake Bay..literally. We steam blue crabs and oysters from the pier, but I have to say I was over prepared for just steaming those succulent clusters in less than 5 minutes on the stovetop. Had set up the steamer outside when I realized they were already steamed and flas frozen to perfection. Got the three pound option, and used a little over half. Steamed them in butter and water the pulled them out, cut the legs down the middle, and poured the butter from the pan over the whole thing! The moistest and succulent we ever had! Kudos, guys!
