This sumptuous boneless steak is sliced from the center of the premium prime rib section. It is truly a wonderful steak and our juiciest cut.
Suggested Preparation:
The best way to prepare a ribeye, and the way I like to do it at home, is cooking the steak in a cast-iron pan. By using the pan, you get a nicer crust, and you can incorporate a basting method into the cooking process, which always helps improve the flavor of the meat. Note: This technique requires good kitchen ventilation.
I'll be quiet honest, the cost of the Rib Eyes we get both the 11oz & 16oz.
We have purchased more than enough and have not had a bad piece of meat yet.
The T- bones I can't help but don't let our dogs have the bones cause I'm to busy eating every little piece of meat and fat off the bone went animal style on it. I quit buying TASTLESS MEAT from BigBox Stores or our Neighborhood markets, Vons, Safeway, Albertsons.
I may be paying a certain % more but We are full and satisfied with NO DISAPPOINTMENT or WASTE.
