These dumplings -- or pot stickers -- have become de rigueur on our daily menu. I have to take a med "with food" and these are perfect. You can pop a couple at a time in your air fryer! I prefer them crispy and these are delicious crispy! The pork's seasonings are perfectly spicy. I make a dip of "less sodium" soy souce, rice vinegar and a dash of sesame oil. I cannot recommend them highly enough if dumplings are among your favorite foods. If not, they will be! We live on a beach and have a lot of visitors on pretty days. Having these in the freezer will be perfect this summer for a quick wonderful treat for pop-in and invited guests! They also have other cooked food that is wonderful straight from the air fryer if you need food quick and delicious.
