This sole is a buttery main dish with a gently sweet stuffing of seafood. What a great time saver and nutritious main course for lunch or dinner. Looks like it took hours to prepare, but bakes in 35 minutes.
This is a very tasty side dish, or even a nice lunch. Two pieces are enough for lunch that is much more interesting than the usual soup or sandwich. Light philo dough outside and lots of healthful spinach and feta inside. Wonderful.
The chicken Parmesan were very good I put it in the air fryer and then on top of spaghetti and my husband and I both loved it I will buy that again
