Serving Size

8 OZ Fillet - 1 person

Basic Roasting Preparation from thawed

  • Place  in a lightly greased sheet pan
  • Bake @ 375 degrees F for 15-20 mins
  • No need to flip fish
  • ENJOY!

Can also be pan sauteed in a little olive or canola oil for 5 minutes on one side and 3 on the other.

PLEASE NOTE: Salmon fillets are now SKINLESS

Have ordered the salmon filets many times. The best salmon I have ever tasted anywhere. I usually poach it in parchment paper and comes out perfect every time. I highly recommend.

Marinate fillets in soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic for 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, serve over jasmine rice with steamed bok choy.
