Serving Size

Crab fit for a king

This is the second time we have ordered king crab from New York Steak and Seafood. Although pricey, the crab melts in your mouth. Don’t need much butter. Coupled with a thick steak, this is awesome food!

King Crab the size of Baby's Arms!

We skipped king crab last Christmas because of the price. This year we couldn't live without our Christmas King Crab and splurged. The King Crab that New York Steak and Seafood sent us was EVERYTHING I dreamed of! HUGE legs and claws shipped in reusable styrofoam packaging and arrived rock solid. At $65.00/ lb. we can't afford this often but I certainly feel the product was described honestly and I was, in no way, disappointed. If you want a square deal and can afford to splurge, this King Crab will positively not disappoint. I will definitely reorder more next year!

Steaming Preparation

  • - Set a steamer tray inside a large pot for your king crab to rest on

  • - Fill the bottom of your steamer pot with enough water to steam the crab

  • - Let the water come to a boil and then rest the crab on the steamer tray.

  • - Cover the pot and let steam for 4-6 minutes until hot
  • Remove the crab legs, and serve with drawn butter.
