Our cold water Canadian tails are packed with sweet juicy meat that melts in your mouth. Wild caught using small day boats, the shells dark green and brown color turns red during the cooking process for a beautiful presentation

Perfect for your holiday dinner!

Suggested Preparation:

  1. Defrost lobster tails completely
  2. Cut open tails lengthwise on the top of the shell and pull out to meat to rest on top of the shell "butterfly style"
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  4. Bake 15 minutes
  5. Serve with drawn butter and lemon

Delicious

We ordered 5 seven ounce lobster tails. My husband broiled them while I made a butter sauce. They were so meaty and sooo good. The price was good too. I’ve seen these tails for a higher price. If you like lobster tails you’ll love these.

Gourmet seafood with two free lobster tails

As usual, the seafood is perfectly fresh and delicious. I'm going to have scallops and shrimp to last me a good long time. The four filet mignon look scrumptious. They are going to be Christmas dinner (along with the bacon-wrapped scallops) with some shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. Yummmmm.......
