A classic hors d’oeuvre that will have them singing your praises. Large, tender sea scallops lightly wrapped in smoky bacon for a divine treat that will delight the senses. 

Simply bake and serve for an elegant appetizer, or makes a great entree as well. You approx 30 1 oz. Bacon Wrapped Scallops total.  Serves 10-16 people as an appetizer.  

So easy, bake from frozen on a broiler pan with holes, in a preheated 400 degree oven for 16-18 minutes turning once.

The scallops were awesome very easy to prepare, tasted great, cooked very evenly. I was dissapointed on one thing, I ordered 120 but the 4 packages only totaled to 109. I was shorted 11 scallops. Besides that they were great.

Dry scallops well, then sear in hot butter for 2 minutes per side until caramelized. Serve with a cauliflower purée and drizzle of brown butter and fresh chives.
