Traditional Potato Pancakes the way grandma used to make.  Just heat and serve with apple sauce or sour cream.  Perfect as a side dish, appetizer or as a breakfast potato.  We recommend 2-3 (1.33oz) pancakes per person.  All natural ingredients!

Cooking Instructions:

From frozen, bake 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees turning once.  Can also be pan sautéed in butter or oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
