Suggested Preparation:

  1. Suggested Preparation:

    1. Defrost lobster tails completely
    2. Cut open tails lengthwise on the top of the shell and pull out to meat to rest on top of the shell "butterfly style"
    3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
    4. Bake 18-20 minutes
    5. Serve with drawn butter and lemon

Gourmet seafood with two free lobster tails

As usual, the seafood is perfectly fresh and delicious. I'm going to have scallops and shrimp to last me a good long time. The four filet mignon look scrumptious. They are going to be Christmas dinner (along with the bacon-wrapped scallops) with some shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. Yummmmm.......

Delicious Lobster Tails & Filet mignon

Wow, my husband surprised me by preparing our lobster tails..
They were not dry, but the lobster meat was succulent with a great taste.
Our Lobster tails dinners had also come with filet mignon too.. What a wonderful, tasty surprise. I'll have no problem reordering more lobster tails and filet mignon from your business.

I love ordering from NY Steak & Seafood because each item is properly sent with dry ice, and vacuumed sealed. Supermarkets packaged weights increase their price by including the plastic covering, along with their absorbent packaging every time. This method of packaging reduces the actual packaged weight of each item you're buying, but this does not increase each item's actual packaged weight. I'm finished with Supermarkets method of packing which contributes to price gouging.
