Pork Osso Buco in tomato sauce

Perfected in restaurants of Milan, our fully cooked osso buco is translated as bone with a hole, and that's exactly what gives this pork shank dish it's exquisite flavor. Visually impressive, our osso buco's stunning beauty is only surpassed by its incredible taste. For a traditionally milanese accompaniment, serve with risotto or over rice.  The meat is so tender it comes off the bone with a fork.

This item is fully cooked. Bake in a pan, loosely covered with foil for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

1.8 lbs portion.  Plenty for 2 servings

Packaged 2 per vacuum sealed unit.  To use just one, defrost slightly to separate and place the second roast in the freezer for future use.

Osso Bucco

My Mom had given us a $100 gift card for Christmas and we bought 8 Osso Buccos with it. When we put them in the air fryer, they're cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside and tender inside. I would definitely recommend them!

Better than I’ve had in Italy

Married to an Italian this is a must have dish on the table. I have eaten Osso Bucco in Italy numerous times and this exceeded those meals. I have cooked it with veal or lamb shanks but never again. This is so good and so quick to make everyone will think you spent all day in the kitchen. I will admit I have never had pork Osso Bucco but this does not disappoint the palate. The sauce is wonderfully seasoned. I serve it on top of creamy risotto. A definite winner!
