These chicken burgers are "real" chicken--not some mash of different parts of the chicken. They are very tender and I actually enjoy these more than a hamburger.
For whatever reason, veal is hard to find in the area that I live. These cutlets are absolutely delicious. I will certainly buy again.
Cod doesn't swim around in Florida waters so I buy mine from this New York shop. The potato crushing us an added delicious touch and so easy to just slide in the oven ..add a splash of lemon and enjoy. Arrives quickly fully frozen and ready go. I serve sometimes with grits, or sometimes small roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts.
Last order I got the extra sole..also delicious. I slightly flour dusted and pan fried in beurre noisette Awesome.
