The size of the salmon fillets was better than I expected. Very fresh and easy to prepare. I oven baked mine with seasoning and they came out moist and delicious. Will absolutely order again!

We Love salmon and usually but from Fresh Market. I saw an ad for Norwegian salmon from New York Steak and Seafood and decided to try their salmon filets. That is all it took to make us permanent purchasers from NYS. Their filets are twice the size of other companies, but not having skin on them makes them even better. I told my husband we could share one and he told me he would be eating one by himself. We have ordered salmon twice. We next ordered 50 coconut shrimp, again the BEST we have ever eaten... The dinner for 2 with filet, lobster tails, shrimp, cheesecake and potato pancakes is in freezer for Valentine's Dinner. Co-owner Andrew is probably one of the kindest people I have ever dealt with. Had an issue with spoiled salmon due to a parcel delayed by UPS. Andrew replaced it as soon as I called. I will shop here the rest of my life. Next purchase, veal .
