I like these meatballs, they are very tasty and like that they come fully cooked. Can serve as apitizers, or add to soup or pasta situation. I enjoy them. I also tried the crab cake they were great too. I’m about to try some fish and lamb.
The Fillet of Sole was so delicious. Once defrosted in the refrigerator, I patted it dry, drizzled with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil, added fresh herbs, and panko bread crumbs and baked in the oven. It couldn't get easier and we all loved it. There was absolutely no fishy smell. It was very fresh. Will buy it again.
The package received was still frozen under the 90+ degrees weather and the fish meat was exactly what I expected.
