Excellent when grilled or roasted in the oven, we suggest brushing the tenderloin with olive oil and seasoning with your favorite rub or herbs before cooking.

Whichever seasonings you choose, they will add a wonderful depth of flavor to this juicy, tender pork tenderloin. Once cooked, we recommend letting the tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing. This allows all of the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
