A delight empanada full of meat. It is not a joke!

One of the joys of going to Argentina on business are the empanadas. People seem to eat them all day long, starting with breakfast. It was a nice discovery that New York Steak & Seafood Company carried three types of empanadas. Recently, we had the beef empanadas for breakfast. From the freezer to preheated frying pan with butter, it took no more than five minutes to have them come out perfect. As an Arizonan, Pico de Gallo accompanies many of our dishes. These were fantastic. On a later order of Spinach & Cheese empanadas, we prepared them differently. We let them thaw overnight in the refrigerator and then placed them in a 375F preheated oven for 20 minutes. Absolutely perfect! This will be the way we prepare empanadas in the future.
