Suggested Preparation: Grilled with a Mango Salsa

  1. Combine 2 diced mangos, diced cilantro, 1/2 diced red onion, 1/2 diced red bell pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high.
  3. Brush swordfish with oil and season with salt and pepper;
  4. Set on grill, flipping once, until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer swordfish to serving plates; spoon reserved mango salsa over top.
  6. ENJOY!
