I used to live in Florida and grouper was my favorite. These are the best I’ve had outside of Florida. Reordered already.
We just love Grouper, and what is offered by New York and Seafood Company is wonderful. We thaw overnight the fish fillets. For fish, I prefer to sauté in the pan. Pure Olive Oil & butter on the pan’s bottom and away we go. Typically, we do four minutes on one side, flip it over and three minutes on the remaining side. We use a mild seasoning and keep the dinner simple with only some steamed vegetables and/or rice or potatoes.
