Red Grouper produces an excellent restaurant-quality fillet and is one of the most sought-after fish in the world. The firm texture with white and flaky meat make it a versatile option for any chef and provides a healthy & delicious alternative dinner option.

Suggested Preparation: Grilled w/ Lemon & Herbs

Instructions:
  1. Lay the grouper on a large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle talian seasonings over the grouper and drizzle each fillet with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Crimp the foil tightly into a packet.
  2. Heat the grill to medium heat and place the foil packet on the grill grates. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the foil packet from the grill and wait one minute before opening. The fish should be flaky and firm.
  3. ENJOY!

As good as fresh.

I used to live in Florida and grouper was my favorite. These are the best I’ve had outside of Florida. Reordered already.

Incredibly Good!

We just love Grouper, and what is offered by New York and Seafood Company is wonderful. We thaw overnight the fish fillets. For fish, I prefer to sauté in the pan. Pure Olive Oil & butter on the pan’s bottom and away we go. Typically, we do four minutes on one side, flip it over and three minutes on the remaining side. We use a mild seasoning and keep the dinner simple with only some steamed vegetables and/or rice or potatoes.
