I grilled them exactly as the directions instructed and they were delicious. The most tasty fish that I have had in a while. I had a Branzino at a New York Restaurant several year ago but have never seen one in St Louis. It was a real treat!

These Branzino filets are great! They defrost quickly, and I broiled them in the oven…wonderful! Will definitely order again!

Wonderful choice of seafood. This is a tasty dish cooked with crushed tomatoes, capers, fennel and fish sauce. Always good buys from this company!

We have been very impressed with the fish fillets offered by New York Steak & Seafood Company. The order we received last week included Branzino, a very popular fish in Europe. After thawing two filets overnight, we lightly coated the filets with an excellent blackening spice that we source from a store in Tumacacori, Arizona. Placing the skillet over medium heat we lined the bottom with pure olive oil & butter. We first sauteed the side without skin for three minutes, flipped it over and did the skin side for two minutes. It was absolutely perfect. The fish easily separated from the skin side during consumption. We like how they have the cooking instructions on the bag of each food product. The instructions are 100% accurate!
