Branzino / Mediterranean Sea Bass makes for excellent table fare and is featured in many fine restaurants. Whether baked, broiled, grilled or fried, this mild-flavored fish always delivers a gratifying culinary experience and is also a very healthy food source.

Defrost Fillets and pan sautee approximately 3 minutes on one side and 2 on the other in a little olive oil, butter and lemon. It couldn't be easier or more delicious !!

Absolutely loved the fish. It is very flavorable. The fish is vacuumed packed individually so you can take just what you need. I cooked it in garlic oil and my husband loved it. Definitely will buy it again.

Delicious Branzino!

I grilled them exactly as the directions instructed and they were delicious. The most tasty fish that I have had in a while. I had a Branzino at a New York Restaurant several year ago but have never seen one in St Louis. It was a real treat!

These Branzino filets are great! They defrost quickly, and I broiled them in the oven…wonderful! Will definitely order again!
