While the various chicken products from the New York Steaks and Seafood Company are primarily used for dinner in our mountain home, they also make great sandwiches. With the Chicken Parmigiana, I typically take them out of the oven ten minutes before they are finished, to apply additional sauce and cheese on top. In this photo I lost track of time and did it five minutes before it was fully cooked. Ten minutes is better to fully melt the cheese. Great product!

Unfortunately, two of the pieces of chicken didn't have any sauce on them. I really wasn't happy about that. Otherwise, they were good.
2 or 3rd time ordering. Quick and easy. Just add on top of pasta.
