what i have noticed is your prices are getting a bit steep..while i get the cost of things are skyrocking and you have no choice but to pass that cost on to customers , i think you should offer better coupons or deals …i personally purchase the filet mignon, And i order 8 at a time, the quality is amazing ..i do like the fact your packing them in 2’s rather then 4’s ..i think your shipping especially for NY customers is a little high…
I ordered 3 items, bit only received 2 of them. The 2 i got were beautifully packed and arrived exactly when they were supposed. I contacted the company about my missing item, they responded the next day and got my missing item shipped out! It arrived just as good as the original order. Everything was very good. Im very pleased with the products and customer service. I would recommend them and i will be ordering again.
If you want to grill a great tasting and tender steak give this a try. It is as good as any great steakhouse can make it. Best I have ever cooked at home on the grill. I get my steaks here now.
