Spanakopita or Greek Spinach Pie is a delicious blend of spinach and tangy feta cheese, hand-wrapped in crispy, flaky fillo dough. A very versatile and delicious dish suitable for every time of the day, as a main dish, starter or mid-day snack!  Great for a light dinner!

So easy to cook.  From frozen simply bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees

Absolutely Fantastic

I’ve been looking at the spanakopita for a while now, so I finally purchased them. Omg….. I was surprised how great they tasted. The spanakopita is full of spinach and just enough feta that it doesn’t over take the fresh tasting spinach. I will certainly be buying these again. Ps… I put them in air fryer for 11-12 min at 350 and presto they are done. (I used no oil or spray on the air fryer but you can if you like.)
