Loved the ribs. I slow cooked in the oven and the result was amazing. Definitely on my list as a favorite.

Tender and meaty baby backs

Tried these for the first time to take on a camping trip. After seasoning overnight with a honey BBQ spice rub, I slow cooked them for three hours at home the day before departure. Finished and sauced them on the campfire resulting in delicious smokey-sweet, fall-off-the-bone ribs. Looking forward to the other two racks I still have in the freezer.

Wrap in foil and reheat at 325°F for 25 minutes. Glaze with a mixture of peach preserves, bourbon, and chipotle, then broil uncovered for 5 minutes to caramelize. Serve with cornbread and coleslaw.
