The best salmon I have ever had

We received our order from New York Steak & Seafood after Christmas and have been having wonderful meals since. The filet of sole was particularly delicious. Just beautifully rendered pieces of fish perfect for frying when thawed. The veal cutelts are delicious!! Restaurant quality! The shrimp pot stickers are the best! The Norweigan salmon is delicious. I am making it with various sauces made with wine and cream and capers and lemon... equal to the finest restaurants' salmon dinners. We live in a town tihout gourmet restaurants and so purchasing this high quality food makes it easy to still enjoy good food. And at the end of the day, it's no more expensive than dining out. Considerably less, in fact, to have this quality of food at home than what they sell in grocery stores. Do the math!
