The New York Steak & Seafood Company has an incredible offering of fish fillets. I thought we had tried them all, so I was surprised to see the Tortilla Crusted Red Snapper. We added them to our latest order, and they were great. From the freezer directly into a preheated 375F oven for 25 minutes. They were accompanied with Spanish Rice and HERO flour tortillas. Most certainly will they be reordered!
I love this grouper 2nd order, fish was a little smaller then 1st order, but still a good size.
