I’ve ordered on a few occasions VEAL CUTLETS & just recently tried their cooked ribs which are out of this world !! The Veal cutlets are fantastic and to top it off hard to find this delicacy !!
I would love to send you a video but I haven’t used them yet . They are for a special event celebrating the GIFT IF LIFE !! It was postponed due to the fact I had an emergency visit .

The ribs are fantastic. I put mine in a 350 degree oven for at least 45 minutes. I like mine to fall off the bone.
