Add-On Icelandic Cod Fillets

Absolutely delicious! So fresh tastes like it was just caught , definitely ordering again!

It was really good. I made New England fish chowder with 2 of the pieces.

I could not imagine ordering fish fillets from another on-line provider. New York Steak & Seafood Company has an incredible offering, including the exotics like Barramundi, Branzino and Orange Roughy. Those fillets, along with Sole and Grouper, will be permanent fillets in our garage freezers. While I am not a fan of Swordfish and Iceland Cod, we decided to try the Cod, since two fillets were listed as an add-on.

The Cod needed to be baked. I prefer to sauté, but the Cod was baked according to the enclosed instructions. It came out perfect. The taste was nice. One filet would have been enough for my wife and me. If you are a Cod lover, you will enjoy these. We, however, will stick with the fillets we enjoy best!
