This 12 oz. frenched pork rib chop is taken from the rib section of the pork loin. We french the rib bone on each chop for a great plate presentation and added flavor. Frenching is a technique where the rib bone is exposed and all meat is removed from the bone. This is the tastiest and juiciest pork chop available.
These chops have as much flavor or more than a ribeye. My new favorite.
Minimal spices and rubs. Pan-fried in pure olive
oil. The pork chops were tender, delicious and more than enough for one person serving. Would certainly order this once more.
