Our most exotic fillet is moist, sweet & satisfying. As good as your favorite high-end seafood restaurant. The fish melts in your mouth and is a favorite amongst all seafood lovers!

 

Suggested Preparation:

  1. Place fish on your favorite dish or baking sheet.
  2. Season fish with salt, pepper and rub olive oil to taste.
  3. Bake fish, uncovered, for 15 minutes; then sprinkle with parsley or Italian seasoning and continue to bake for 5 more minutes (or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily).
  4. Drizzle remaining pan juices over fish and garnish with lemon wedges.
  5. Enjoy!

Delicious Chilean Sea Bass

First purchase of this product. Had my first fillet of a few nights ago. I made pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass and served it on a bed of roasted garlic cauliflower mash topped with a Lemon caper butter sauce. The fish was very sweet & delicious. No fishy smell or taste. If the other three pieces are the same, I will purchase again. I wish the sole came individually wrapped.
