Perfect size, pan-seared for 2.5 minutes each side on high heat for rare and it moo-ed at me as I ate it. Taste was great, tenderness was ok, my tummy loves prime steak! Next time i will take a picture!

Not as good as normal. As reported by the people I sent it to.

When we received the order the meat was defrosted. We had to cook it right away and it was tough and grizzly.
