I used seasoning and butter. My husband loved every bite!
After a series of hot steamy days and nights cooking anything for a light supper is a challenge. but wait: there are those wonderful eggplant rollitini rolls filled with a spear of ricotta cheese. Pop 3 or 4 per person in the oven for a few minutes and you have a filling, flavorful, healthy vegetable meal. Perfect! Sure works for me.
