On our last order with the New York Steak and Seafood Company we included the Honey BBQ Chicken Cutlets and the add-on of the Lemon Pepper Chicken Cutlets. We are impressed with both. When I sauteed the BBQ Chicken Cutlets, I added additional Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and it worked beautifully. Both cutlets are very tender and easy to cut.

As a lover of chicken sandwiches with avocado, I decided to try the BBQ Chicken Cutlets on the sandwich, using freshly baked buns. The cutlet thawed over night and was sauteed for 4-minutes on each side. The 4oz size fit perfectly on the bun. It paired beautifully with the avocados. Another homerun from the New York Steak and Seafood Company. We are happy here in Arizona!
