Absolutely delicious! Tastes like it just came out of the ocean, definitely on my menu along with everything I order from NY Steak & Seafood. I always buy meat, poultry and seafood from NY Steak & Seafood, never even have to go to that department at the grocery store.

I often order the salmon filets but thought this time why not try the cod filets. Absolutely delish. Easy, fast, just bake for 20 mins.

Top fillets with a mix of crushed garlic, fresh thyme, and lemon zest. Drizzle with olive oil and roast at 400°F for 14 minutes. Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans
