I Baked the red snapper with butter, capers, and white wine (chardonnay). Absolutely delish!!!!!
Cooking Instructions: The cakes are fully cooked. From frozen, brown on both sides by sautéing on medium heat in oil until brown on both sides. Then, put in a preheated 400 degree oven for another 10 minutes to finish.
I ordered the lobster and shrimp cakes. They were delicious with plenty of shrimp and lobster in each cake. I'll definitely be ordering these again.
My favorite go to dinner. I make a remoulade sauce as a wonderful accompaniment.

I was trying to fill up my order with something so that I could get free shipping. I had no big expectations but wow, these little medallions are full of taste and are tender and moist. Two cakes, a baked potato and a salad makes a great dinner.
