This old favorite, also known as Romanian Tenderloin, is easy to prepare broiled, marinated and grilled or pan sautéed.  Great for fajitas or a quick sandwich!

Suggested Preparation: Grilled with Chimichurri Sauce

  1. Combine the following ingredients in a food processor until smooth:
      • 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
      • 1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
      • 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
      • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
      • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
      • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
      • 1 tablespoon lime juice
      • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
      • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
      • 1/2 teaspoon salt
      • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2. Heat grill to medium-high.
3. Lightly coat skirt steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill 4-6 minutes per side on each side for medium-rare.

The best!!

My husband marinated them for one hour, in his own recipe. He then stuffed them with Mozzarella cheese freshly grated, chopped Red Bell Pepper, lotsa of fresh Garlic chopped, two tsp Italian seasoning, 1 1/2 cups frozen Spinach(thawed), then rolled it up, and used toothpicks to hold everything in place. Preheat Air Fryer to 400*. When heated, placed rolls in fryer, and cooked for 10 minutes for medium rare. Absolutely delicious! I will never order from any company, other than New York Steak and Seafood!
My order came fast and frozen, and it was packaged perfectly.
