Tortilla crusted Red Snapper filets are fresh, mild white fish enrobed in a delicious coating of tortilla bits, seasonings and lightly infused with lime, a delicious centerpiece for fish tacos with a topping of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and a choice of condiments; or simply served right out of the oven with a side of rice and a salad. Tasty and so easy to prepare! Recommend!
