Perfected in restaurants of Milan, our fully cooked osso buco is translated as bone with a hole, and that's exactly what gives this pork shank dish it's exquisite flavor. Visually impressive, our osso buco's stunning beauty is only surpassed by its incredible taste. For a traditionally milanese accompaniment, serve with risotto or over rice.  The meat is so tender it comes off the bone with a fork.
 
This item is fully cooked. Bake in a pan, loosely covered with foil for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
 
1.8 lbs portion.  Plenty for 2 servings
 
Packaged 2 per vacuum sealed unit.  To use just one, defrost slightly to separate and place the second roast in the freezer for future use.

a wonderful ready made dinner entree

These are fantastic - so easy to defrost and bake - ready to eat and simply delicious - add some pasta and a salad - done !

Best Osso Bucco par none!

I have prepared many an Osso Bucco, usually with veal shanks using an old Italian recipe. This Osso Bucco from The New York Steak and Seafood Company is simply the best we have ever tasted! I served it over Tumeric rice, speactacular!!!

Pre cooked so I only had to heat it through
Phenomenally delicious. I was so impressed by how enjoyable and flavorful delectable and very tasty this was. One piece was plenty for two servings .... but truthfully I almost ate the entire offering in one sitting
I will absolutely recommend this and I will definitely order again........ ohhhhh it was delicious!!!
