Received my first order (new customer): I inadvertently ordered between Xmas & New Years...didn't anticipate holiday staff regarding shipping delays. Sole arrived w/no dry ice, but still frozen solid. Nicely packaged, and size and quantity of filets are good for me (one person). Flavor didn't match what what "Dover Sole" used to taste like when I lived in Bay Area, CA, but still VERY good. I will order again. (Unable to find Sole in Pittsburgh, PA, area, so happy that I found this website/supplier.)
