OMG, delish

I am not crazy about a lot of deep sea fish, but this potato crusted cod is not only a meaty fish, it is seasoned so well and the potato on top is just the icing on the cake. This is definitely my “go to” dinner when I don’t have anything taken out, but I don’t want pizza or Chinese delivery.

I increase my order every time I buy this because we can’t keep it in the house fast enough.
