I love these filets, I top them with Rao's marinara sauce and capers before baking them - delicious!

Top fillets with a mix of crushed garlic, fresh thyme, and lemon zest. Drizzle with olive oil and roast at 400°F for 14 minutes. Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans
