A little tough

It may have been the way I baked them, but they were a little tough and not as tasty as I expected. Think I'll stick to the Chicken Kiev going forward. Thanks.

Dip in flour, then egg, then pankobreadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Serve with arugula salad tossed in lemon vinaigrette and shaved parmesan.
